Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Carrier will provide tracking information once order has shipped. Eight Eighteen Home Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept exchanges.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If products are damaged in your order from shipping, we will replace or refund them. Photos of damaged items should be submitted to support@eighteighteenhomescents.com within 5 business days of delivery.
